PREPARE ON DAY ONE, YOUR WEEK’S BREKKY IS DONE

 What’s our recipe for success? Just add water. The beauty of me is I’m big enough to last the week. Shake me, water me, boil me. Eat me while I’m warm, then put the rest in the fridge for tomorrow. And the next day, and the one after that. I can be cool like a bircher, or warm like a porridge. Try a different topping every morning, or stick to your mix. Yoghurt, berries, honey, chia - it’s up to you. Just don’t forget to sprinkle with our Keen Wah Granola.

1. Shake me in my packet and then pour all 500g contents into a pot.

Step 2. Add 5 cups of water to the pot and bring to the boil, continue to boil for 2 mins.

3. Turn off the heat, put the lid on and let me sit for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Trust me, I’m worth the wait.

4. Take off the lid and fluff me up with a fork.

5. Serve me warm in a bowl with your choice of yoghurt, honey, berries, chia + top with Keen Wah Granola.

6. Put the rest of me into an airtight container, and keep in the fridge. I’ll be good for up to 5 days.
